Main Requirements

To qualify for the Cyprus Permanent Residency Program through the Fast Track Route, applicants must demonstrate a minimum secured annual income of €30,000 from sources outside Cyprus, such as overseas employment, pensions, dividends, or other foreign income. Employment within Cyprus is not permitted. The minimum income requirement increases by €5,000 for each dependent.

Applicants must also provide a title deed or property sales contract submitted to the Lands Registry for a property in Cyprus with a minimum market value of €300,000 excluding VAT. In addition, proof of payment of at least €200,000 excluding VAT towards the property purchase is required.
